Diary of A Wimpy Kid: The Long Haul

This movie is from our archive and is not currently screening.

Greg (Jason Drucker) feels that as a kid, he has no control over his own life. When his mother announces that the Heffley family is going on a road trip to attend their grandmother's birthday party, Greg is horrified, even when he finds out his friend Rowley (Owen Asztalos) can come along. His older brother Rodrick (Charlie Wright) is a jerk and his parents (Alicia Silverstone, Tom Everett Scott) are embarrassing, especially when they sing Spice Girls songs in the car.

Things begin to look up when Greg discovers that a video game convention is in Indianapolis the very weekend of the road trip. It looks fairly close to Greg on the map, so he decides to take Rowley on a short side trip to the event, but it turns out to be farther than he expected.
